Most retail orders received will ship within 5 days. Wholesale orders generally ship in 3 weeks. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Because most of our items are made to order, please check with us first before ordering Express shipping. In addition, because some of our items are one of a kind they are subject to prior sale.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by SP Designs or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
